Quality is one of the basic pillars that enables the achievement of excellence in management by including a management model covering all processes from the manufacturing activities and is integrated at all levels within the environment and health and safety areas.

Meeting customers’ needs and expectations is the first and most important key in all the improvement procesess. What we are looking for at an internal level is to increase the customers view on quality and excellence at work.
